~10-19-09~
Major sorries for being to behind on updates! Attended New York Anime Festival, it was fun though the con seemed mainly focused on the dealer's room and their Japanese guests....which is fine but, you guys know why I go to cons lol. I got to see Mike for a short period of time Friday (maybe 5-10 minutes at an autograph session he was of course late for...come on, it's Mike! XD ) and talked to him for like 15-20 minutes on Saturday. I got to make sure he saw the site with his Happy Birthday page up, which he enjoyed....but it's finally down now, cuz it HAS been a little over 2 months since his birthday after all lol. But yeah, and didn't even get to see him Sunday cuz he apparently had to leave early for a flight, most likely back to LA...so I honestly didn't get to see him too much...but hey, every minute counts! ^_^
I should have mentioned this earlier, but Mike's officially on the guest list for Youmacon! Here's the updated upcoming con list! If I've missed anything please let me know, you can contact me by checking out multiple ways to do so under the "Original Team Mike" page!

In other news, the Venture Bros. Season 4 premier episode was last night at midnight and lets just say, my head almost exploded and I just know this season is gonna ROCK! Apparently though, there was an error with the airing for the west coast viewers....after the commercial break between the first and second 15 minutes of the episode, it came back just to play the first 15 minutes over again, so the west coast viewers didn't get to see the last 15 minutes of the episode! Adult swim is begging for forgiveness though by re-airing the episode Monday through Thursday at 12:30 am. I really hope that doesn't happen again though. So, don't forget to set your DVRs for every Sunday at midnight for new episodes of Venture Bros....but if you happen to miss them, adult swim usually puts them up on their site Monday afternoons. Never forget to enjoy VB! GO TEAM VENTURE! ^_^

In talking with a fan in passing of upcoming cons Mike was doing, I realized I forgot to post about this!
Michael will be attending New York Anime Festival, which is coming up very soon! I hope to be attending this con, and it looks like for the most part that I most likely will be, so if everything works out, I'll be returning from this con with pics and stories for ya!

As you may have noticed, we need to do some work in the facts section of the site for Mike, cuz I KNOW there's so much more I could share about him with the world! I did an interview with him several years ago and have been saying over and over that I'd get to typing it up to add to the facts page, but it has yet to be done. Truthfully, now as I look back on it...it wasn't a very good interview. It was very scattered in both the sense of the questions asked and the replies he gave...no offense to him of course ;) I'm considering asking him if I could possibly set up another interview, and I'm pretty sure if he has the time he wouldn't mind at all. So, if you think there's something you'd like me to consider putting into the new interview that you'd like to know about Mike, please email it to me at Crittle@sinterniklaas.com with "Mike Interview Questions" in the subject. Please note though that your questions are for consideration, and may or may not be added to the interview. I would like to have this interview ready by October or November, so feel free to send in questions til then!
There was an event Michael attended reciently that I wasn't aware of until it was over with, and for that I'm sorry! Michael was at a TMNT even at Golden Apple Comics in LA, and I've posted a pic of him with a fan outside the store into the photobucket! We have 419 pics now by the way, keep them coming everyone! :)
Mike WILL be at the Venture Bros. panel at San Diego Comic Con with Jackson, Doc, and James this weekend by the way! If you plan on attending this panel I'd definately get there VERY early if you want a seat, this panel is VERY popular! Go Team Venture! ^_^

I'm sorry, I know it's been awhile! Here's the news you've been waiting to hear!
Unfortunately I did NOT come back from Colossal Con with new updates, info, and pics. Michael mysteriously completely canceled on Colossal Con, and I never got a straight answer as to why when I asked staff members what was up. I hope that all is well with the guy, and that it was just work that got in the way of him not being able to come.

Update time, cuz once again we're long overdue and I apologize!
As far as Michael in the world of entertainment, Venture Brothers Season 3 was released on both DVD and Blu Ray as of March 24th, and will go down in history as the FIRST adult swim show to be released on Blu Ray! As for Season 4, it is said to start airing sometime in November, though I haven't heard an EXACT date yet. This season will be split in half though, as in they will show a few of the completed episodes of the season while they work on completing the rest of the season, instead of making us wait extra long for the complete season, which I think is a VERY good idea, cuz I always hated waiting so long for new episodes!
Also, Freedom was released on DVD April 7th, where as before it was previously only available on Blu Ray! Now you can get it either way, which is great for poor people like me who can't afford Blu Ray/don't have players for it! ;)

XD I'm REALLY sorry about that, my friend who tends to help me with the site is having some problems and can no longer help me with the site at this time until further notice, so I finally got my friend Kyra (xmidnightx) to help me fix that. In other news, we now have a collection of over 400 pictures thanks to you fans, and I hope you continue to send them in so we can make our collection even LARGER! It's all thanks to you guys!
Also, please be sure to keep an eye on the site, because we'll be going through some changes soon! Previous banner contest winner Victoria V. aka Vivi (vikkiverka)has agreed at my request because I LOOOVE her work, to totally redo the layout of the site for me as soon as she has a chance! So, don't fret if we may randomly be down for a few days, we'll be back and having a new look soon!
One last thing before I end this update. Of course I love to get pics of fans with Mike, or fan stories or information of where he'll be or what he's working on and things like that from you guys,and I'll even try my best to answer any questions you might have as well. Wow! Uh, Happy VERY LATE New Year! And time for a LONG overdue update guys!! Hope everyone is enjoying 2009 so far!
This past weekend was Ohayocon, and Michael was apparently a last minute suprise guest at this con! I know several fans were VERY happy about this! ;) Thanks to a friend of mine who doesn't wish to be credited, I was provided with several pics from this con which set us at currently 360 pics! Alright! ^_^
This coming weekend, New York Comic Con! Now Mike isn't on the guest list posted on the website like the other guests are, but my Ohayocon friend told me he had told them he'd be there...and he's been there the past 2 years for the Venture Bros panel, he wouldn't let us down! :D So if you're gonna be there, keep an eye out for him! Feb 6th-8th!
The following weekend is Katsucon, normally of DC but this year it's in Arlington, VA. This is a con Mike does pretty much EVERY year unless something comes up for him, and I must say it's a pretty damn awesome con at that! This is definately one of my favs! Keep an eye out for Mike here as well, Feb 13th-15th!
So wow, that's totally 3 cons in a row...Mike's doing 3 cons in a row!!! And I thought I was crazy for doing two! Anyway, so I got a few pics up from Ohayocon, and NYCC and Katsu are coming up in just a few days and I'll be at those so when I come back, even MORE pics! BE PREPARED!! Well, I'm asking you, the fans, to create a logo of sorts for the website! A catch phrase, a picutre of sorts that represents the site, something like that! Nothing huge though...my thoughts are the winner's logo will be used in banners and business cards that I can hand out at conventions I attend, to help advertise the site and spread the word! So basically the rules are keep it basic. You can apply as many times as you'd like, though I'm gonna say no more than 4 times per person please. No more applications will be execpted after January 20th, 2009 so that gives you 2 months to work on this. The applications turned in will then be posted, and the fans will vote on their favorite. The one with the most votes will be the winner...and you will not be allowed to vote for your own application. Those are the rules....now go out there and create, and good luck to you all!

Hey one and all! Just back from New York Anime Festival last week! It was great! Just added 10 pics of Mike from the trip thanks to Miki and Ivey, and I'm sure I'll be adding even more once they're uploaded! Check em out!
I've just been told that Mike has indeed confirmed he'll be attending Youmacon, a convention held in Dearborn, Michigan on October 30th thru November 2nd! Loads of fun! Check out www.youmacon.com for more information!
In other news, things might be changing around here soon as far as the pages and the site layout in general and we even *might* be having another contest coming up soon, so don't forget to check us out every now and then! Attention everyone! Update time! I just reciently found out that Mike's gonna be attending New York Anime Festival! It'll be on September 26th - 28th, 2008 and tickets are $55 for the weekend! Please see www.newyorkanimefestival.com for more information on this convention!
In other news, the final episode of Venture Bros Season 3 has premiered, and if you missed it, good golly you have NO IDEA what you missed! It is still available for your viewing pleasure on www.adultswim.com if you missed out ;) I won't spoil anything for ya, but lets just say it was...very emotional. I'm kinda sad the season is over already, and I was very happy to hear from James Urbaniak, voice of Dr. Venture, that they'd be starting recording for season 4 next month. Can't wait! ^_^
In closing, just for everyone's information, my current hosting is canceled and until I get a new hosting plan under my friend Miki the site may be down for a couple of days. Not long though.

I'm back from Otakon and GenCon and huzzah were they fun! Just wanted to let Mike know though, sorry I didn't come say good bye to ya Sunday...seziure problems. Here's hoping I get to see ya at Youmacon though Deanie V ;) Don't forget to let Ivey know if you can come or not!

Mike will be doing a Venture Bros panel with Jackson Publick, the creator of the series! Here's what they have posted for the Friday schedule...

Hatred) and Mike Sinterniklaas (voice of Dean Venture) speak about [adult swim]’s original series, The Venture Brothers. Now in its third season, the show picked up after the explosive wedding of The Monarch and Dr. Girlfriend from the season two cliffhanger. Room 6B

I've only seen an episode or two, but it's an interesting, well done show, and Mike did great as the voice director from what I've observed so far! ;) Check out Three Delivery at www.threedelivery.com for more on the show, and check it out on Nicktoons Network, Fridays at 7:30pm! Also, the new Venture Bros is doing AWESOME in the ratings, so I've heard, and they've started production on season 4! I'll be sure to share when they'll start recording for season 4 as soon as I find out, as it is my favorite show and my favorite part of production of the show after all ;)

My appologies for not updating for awhile...I'm sure you all understand how life can get sometimes. So, what's new you ask?
Well as far as the website, we've fixed quite a few things that totally needed fixing! No longer are all the pages BLANK! So sorry about that by the way. Now while on the main page of the site, clicking "Updates" will take you to this blog, where you can read all the updates I've posted in the past as well as the most current ones...just in case you missed anything. Clicking "Photos" still takes you to the photobucket account for now, but our actual own photo page is one of our next projects, where we plan on having the photos all sorted out so they're easier to look through. Speaking of photos, we're SO CLOSE to having almost 300!! Most of these photos are brought to you by my dear friend Ivey, and I'd like to give her so much thanks for this!! Now, back to the site...when you click "Roles" it will now take you to a page where I have listed all the roles I could find that Mike has been a part of. It's a huge list, and has been divided into several sections. This list was made about a year and a half ago by the way, and I haven't fully reviewed and updated it, so I'm sure it will need a touch up here and there when I get the chance. If course, if you see anything that needs to be corrected or added, please feel free to let me know! The "Facts" page will simply state "coming soon" for now unfortunately, and will remain that way until I contact Mike and get his approval for what I wanted to post on this page, like he asked of me. Hopefully soon! Clicking "Links" will take you to a page where we have put up a small collection of links to sites both site and non site related that we enjoy. This will be straightened up later, with more links and brief descriptions added. The "Fourm" page also says "coming soon" for now, as I'm working with the idea of this. I'm thinking it will first be turned into a guest book type thing, see how that turns out, and go from there. And I believe that's all as far as site updates!
Now as far as Michael related stuff, lets see...honestly, I haven't heard a thing unfortunately. In the con world, he hasn't done any since New York Comic Con as far as I know...and then there was Anime Next...first he wasn't going this year, then suddenly he was, and now he isn't again. Strange. He hasn't been confirmed for any other cons that I'm aware of at the moment, but as soon as I find one I'll be sure to let everyone know. Also, NYAV Post's website is currently down for some unknown reason. I'm guessing Mike is just extra busy currently, and I hope all is well. In related news, I hope everyone got to see the premiere of the new season of Venture Bros! So far 2 episodes of season 3 have been shown, and I'm already so in love with it! Don't forget, new episodes premiere every Sunday at 11:30pm on adult swim, on Cartoon Network! Any other Mike news I find out as far as things he's working on or cons he'll be attending I'll be sure to post as soon as I find out!

I've added more pics from Toronto and am currently adding some from NYCC as well to the photobucket account, and I'll let you know when I'm finally done. So check things out now to see what's up so far and I'll tell ya when it's finally finished.
Speaking of "finally finished"...I swear one day things will be done here, really! My good friend Miki has promised to help me get things going here, and we've made many a new plans for the site, but she has previous commitments to finish first. But seriously, things are gonna get done. One thing I plan on doing I have to get permission from Michael before I can do, and the rest will surely happen when Miki is ready to help me out. Okay so, sorry it took a little while but, I've added 8 new pics from Toronto AnimeCon to the photobucket accound, provided by Ivey, thanks bud! Also, a pic from Anime Boston was added as well, thanks to Amicitia of TMNT-L!
In other news, oh snap New York Comic Con just daaaays away! And yes, Mike is now officially on the guest list, he'll be there! Huzzah! I definately reccomend coming to this convention if you can, it's definately awesome! If you're a Venture Bros fan, not only will Mike be here, but Doc Hammer, Jackson Publick, and James Urbaniak will be as well, and I'm 99% sure they'll be doing a Venture Bros panel again, just like last year (which was a complete and total BLAST)!! And if you're a Kappa Mikey fan, they'll have a Kappa Mikey booth set up, which I'm sure Mike will stop by, and Sean Schemmel (Gonard) will be at this con as well!
Counting down the days till this awesome con, and I'm sure I'll be back with many stories and awesome pics as well! That's all for now, stay tuned! ;)

3-18-08 Updates!
7 pics added to the photobucket account, thanks to the Studio Kaiju gang! These are from Toronto Animecon, where I heard very good reports! Mike was apparently very happy, healthy and back to his good ol' fun lovin' self at this con, which I looooooove hearing!
In other news, if you tend to randomly see the site with a different layout every now and again, it's cuz we're testing new stuff out and seeing what we like and so on...I'll let ya know when things are gonna be set for awhile. Also, the interview will be up VERY very soon, as I just got it from Fae and am just editing some things. I promise this time lol.

In other news, don't forget those 2 March cons Mike will be at! Toronto Animecon March 15th-16th, and then Anime Boston March 21st-23rd! Also, we SHOULD be getting news about New York Comic Con in April soon as well...although I've heard good things from both Mike AND staff of the comic con, I can't yet confirm that Mike will be attending this con until they have officially posted it on the site though. But think happy thoughts, I'm pretty sure it'll happen! Until then...enjoy!
